This latest occasion for Muslim outrage is particularly ridiculous. The idea that fiendish Christians are printing the name of Allah on toilet paper in order to offend Muslims could only have occurred to the most paranoid purveyor of the victimhood mentality. The name of Allah in Arabic is the kind of design that if you have a mind to do so, you can start seeing everywhere. And then of course, in a context such as this, seeing it is a tremendous insult that non-Muslims must rectify with apologies and promises, and best of all, monetary gifts to assuage the wounded feelings of the believers. The principle is reinforced once again: when Muslims are enraged over something Infidels are doing, Infidels have to stop doing it, no matter how innocuous it is. Watch for Marks & Spencer to apologize and withdraw this item from their offerings.
