The theme of the third annual Women’s March is the “Women’s Wave.” Their official website reads, “On January 19, 2019, we’re going to flood the streets of Washington, D.C., and cities across the globe. The #WomensWave is coming, and we’re sweeping the world forward with us.” The Women’s Wave is more like a tsunami, a catastrophe that causes massive damage and flooding that leaves sewage and toxic waste in its wake.
The women’s movement gained momentum after Justice Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings were turned into a circus by Christine Ford’s unproven allegations. “Pussy hats” were traded in for “I believe her” buttons and truth was replaced with mythology. Ford became the origin of the feminist myth of 21st century, institutionalized sexism and the patron saint of alleged sexual assault. The popularity of the new Ford folk saint was used by Democrat activists as a method to demonize men, inculcate fear, promote victimhood, silence criticism, and get the vote out just in time for the midterm elections.
Christine Ford’s canonization served its function, resulting in dozens of women getting elected based on identity politics and the feminist cult of victimhood. The midterm elections produced the most racially diverse and most female group of representatives ever elected to the House – including more than five radical leftists, four ICE abolitionists, three anti-Semites, two black militants, and a proud radical socialist kickboxing lesbian Native American. Welcome to the sisterhood.
