Hitch-Hikers' Handbook

Hello everyone and welcome to the 38th edition of our Travel Photography Competition. As happens every week, we’ve got for you three beautiful photos, sent by our contributing photographers from around the world, which got the largest number of votes. In this edition we are reviewing shots published on our Facebook page between 21th and 28th March.

The first winner was taken in Leça da Palmeira, Porto, Portugal and shows Farol daBoa Nova lighthouse. This beautiful building, which is 46 m high, was erected in 1926.

Never mind the state it's in as I tidy everything up prior to publication. Don't let good material go to waste - and so much does. In the interests of the environment we should always try to re-cycle everything, especially jokes. You know that makes sense! You may find some historical stuff here, but this does not really matter as humor is fairly timeless.
