According to Hong Kong’s Phoenix TV, North Korea has set free all the fishing boats and their crews seized by North Koreans. The boats and their crews are expected to be back in China tomorrow.

Phoenix reporter leant from the relevant boat owners that thirteen days after the incident of the seizure of Chinese fishing boats by North Koreans, all the three seized boats and 29 seized crew have now been set free and are on their way back home. They will be back to Dalian before noon tomorrow the latest. Sources say that no ransom has been paid.
